Stape Village Hall Renovation

Stape Village Hall external repairs, internal decoration, improvements to kitchen, replacement of inadequate heating system and construction of external porch. The hall is currently in a very poor condition and its only heating source is via an old coal fire which is inadequate to heat the facility during winter. The kitchen is old and needs modernising and the exterior of the building is shabby and falling down. Some patchwork has been carried out to the external wooden walls, but now they totally need replacing as the wood has become rotten.
