Station House, Burntisland

The project involves the restoration and conversion of the derelict B listed Station House in Burntisland. In addition to the creation of business incubator units for small businesses, the project for which landfill tax grant is sought, is the provision of a community meeting room and interpretation of the history of the building. The large meeting room and ancillary facilities will be available for the local community and community groups. It will be managed, along with the rest of the building by Glenrothes Industrial Association, a friendly society/Community Investment Company. The total project will remove the blight and secure the future of this prominent and important historic building.
