Steeple Clayton Village Hall - Provision of new toilets and access impovements

The Parish Council wish to upgrade the existing toilets and provide new toilets for the disabled at the Village Hall. This will require a small extension to the existing building. There are also plans to modify the existing steps into a ramp to allow for full access into the building
