Steven Burke Cycle Hub Pump Track, Barrowford

We aim to build a pump track adjacent to the Steven Burke Sports Hub closed road circuit as phase 2 of the project. This is to encourage a new genre of cycling in the borough as a means to get more people cycling more and to encourage cohesion.
