Stiwt Theatre – Renovation of Community Building

Redecorate, renovate and maintain the Stiwt Theatre building which is used as a theatre (500 seater auditorium) and as a community building (7 rooms available for hire). The building is Grade 1* listed. Works include painting the exterior of the building including the cost of hiring he required scaffolding, essential maintenance work to the exterior including replacing defunct railings and security grills, repairing the entrance steps, repairing the roof and works to tackle the dry rot which includes replacing windows.
