Stoborough & Grange Heaths – Gorse Management & Heathland Restoration

The project will complete a programme of gorse management to restore 6.7 ha of lowland heathland (UK BAP habitat) on RSPB Stoborough and Grange Heaths in Dorset. The project will directly benefit heathland specialist species including the rare Dartford warbler and BAP species nightjar, sand lizard, smooth snake, silver-studded blue butterfly and Purbeck mason wasp.
