Stockings Meadow – Scrub Management

Stockings Meadow nature reserve near Bromyard is a small hay meadow on the side of a hill with a stream running along the bottom. There are patches of scrub which add to the biodiversity of the reserve and give cover and food for birds and small mammals.
This project will enable us to carry out work to manage the scrub so that it doesn’t encroach onto the grassland but is rejuvenated and maintained as a good quality habitat.
