Stockport Quaker Meeting House, Stockport – Rebuilding (50035/D)

The project aim is for the present meeting house is no longer economical to repair, and we want to rebuild on the existing site. Our architect has been instructed to design a building which as far as possible will be sustainable and ‘carbon neutral’, both in the design and materials used. The cost of constructing the smaller meeting room (24 square metres) which will be available for use by community groups.

The Trust grant will contribute towards the rebuilding of the meeting house.
