Stocksbridge Christian Centre, Sheffield - Efficiency Project (50164/D)

The project aims to to upgrade the efficiency standard of the building, and to make it more usable for non-church/non-faith based groups. There are 4 elements: 1) replacement of the two boilers with a single larger, more efficient boiler, 2) replacement of the current meter with a meter capable of measuring 90kwh, 3) replacement of the gas pipeline with one capable of providing 90kwh from the mains to the church, a distance of about 100 feet, and 4) double glazing of the main hall (sanctuary). The Trust grant will contribute towards the heating improvements.
