Stockton Cricket & Rugby Club

The prosed works involve the renewal of the leaking flat roof covering the Lake Room (the function room) at the club. These works will involve the erection of scaffolding, stripping of the existing roof and disposal of old materials, re-boarding the roof, recovering the roof using a polyurethane felt system and renewal of the fascia and guttering.

The amenity is a well used sports facility with the function room having additional use by the local community as a social space for meetings, training events and family gatherings.
