Stokeinteignhead Community Shop – Lease Purchase

Purchase of 999 year lease of the village shop premises which are currently rented on an operating lease with less than ten years remaining. Funding is for the purchase of the lease.

The purchase of a long lease on the building would secure the shop’s future at the heart of the village for the long term. The rent saving will increase financial resilience and enable investment in community initiatives.
