Stokeinteignhead Village Hall – Land Purchase for Access

Purchase of a small piece of land with the associated rights of way above the village hall. This is to provide long term secure access to the village hall and the parking area. This will enable long term excellent functioning of hall, parking, income and community use. The land owner has access rights to a gate to the field (sole access to field) through the parking area. Losing this would reduce our ability to hold weddings – the main source of income for the hall. It would also reduce our ability to hold events for the community and many parking spaces
