Repair all mortar/stone cladding on village hall. Replace top gable end with lightweight cladding in local style to prevent future problems, repoint all faulty mortar, cracked stone.

Without repair work, the cladding will continue to fail all around the building and become dangerous resulting in the potential loss of this amenity to the village. It is currently quite unkempt, potential hirers are being put off, causing a future loss of interest and income.
