Stone Mullion Repairs to the Woden Window, St Bartholomew’s Church, Wednesbury, West Midlands

This is a project to repair the disintegrating stone mullions which support an important Charles Kempe stained glass window and threatens the weatherproofing capability of the wall, its structural soundness, and the safety of the window. The limestone mullions will be repaired or partially replaced where necessary after the removal of the window. The window will be renovated, replaced and fitted with new metal window guards.
