Stowupland Village Hall/Sports and Social Club – Refurbishment

Stowupland Village Hall was built in 1956 and is of horizontal interlinked concrete sections type structure. A major refurbishment programme for the hall is now planned including: –
1.Conversion of a storage area to a purpose-built meeting room
2.Making better use of the storage areas
3.Reorganising the caretaker’s storage room and backstage area to create additional storage, sink facilities and to house a new central heating boiler.
4.New storage space opened up under the stage.
5.Replacement of the stage electrics including lighting and stage equipment
6. Redecoration of the Hall Lobby, Main Hall and Bar.
