Street Lighting of footpath (right of way) through Anderson’s grounds

The recently upgraded footpath would benefit from street lighting. The path has been used by members of the public for many years and provides a safe route to the town centre, away from the busy trunk road, for the general public, including older people living a nearby housing and school children going to and from the local primary school. The provision of lighting would improve this amenity, particulary in the dark winter mornings and evenings.
