Stretford Cricket Club, Manchester – Pavilion Refurbishment and Extension

To bring the 61 years old pavilion up to today’s standards to maintain and facilitate its increased use both for cricket and other community activities. The project will merge and refurbish the present dressing rooms that will include new showers; provide new gents toilets; build an extension that will incorporate a new ‘away’ dressing room including showers; a disabled toilet; a kitchen extension and equipment; a small match officials’ room; renewed electrics, a small water reservoir tank to maintain pressure at all times; and DDA-compliant access.
