Striking for the Community

To increase involvement of local voluntary and community groups and local people in the community and social facilities offered by Harrow Borough Football and Social Club. The project will make a positive impact on our community by enabling more local community groups and people to engage safely and comfortably in social activities at a high profile local amenity. It will increase use of clubs facilities by groups currently using it such as Tanglewood who provide leisure activities for people with learning disabilities and the local Gurkha Community and will enable us to replicate and arrange more community days attended by local schools, youth clubs and families and to market more confidently our facilities for weddings and events involving local communities from different cultures.
