Studds Farm, Herne Bay – Creation of Nature Reserve 9006018)

This project will continue to turn what was scrub land into a nature reserve, and will include works such as pond dredging, shrub and habitat clearance, installation of sympathetic fencing and accessible walkways, and creation of habitats to encourage return of different species. The nature reserve is being created for local community, as part of a larger programme of work to bring back unused land into healthy recreational use, but to keep it green and open for the public to use.
