Studley Methodist Church. Access for all Phase 1

Studley Methodist Church has two floors, with poor access for those with limited mobility: there are steep steps to the upper level, and a steep ramp or stairs to the lower level. This phase of the Project seeks to provide safe, inclusive access through demolition of existing front portico, steps, part of existing floor and fill in old coal chute. Build new porch. Install new floor at street level, install new platform lift. Install new front stairs to both upper and lower floors.
