Sturts grazing

Sturts is grazed annually by cattle, which are essential to the management of the site. Extensive grazing by cattle on the pasture and aftermath grazing on the hay creates a diverse sward and removes nutrient, prevents thatch and maintains a good diversity of wildflowers.
