Sudley Estate, Liverpool - Walled garden (7111)

The project aims to turn an empty, dilapidated and underused space into an amazing resource for health and well-being through nature and the healing power of plants. The project will develop the derelict walled garden in the grounds of Sudley Estate into an accessible community garden. The project will achieve a wide range of outcomes including combating social isolation, improving physical and mental health, enabling rehabilitation through positive volunteering opportunities, improving public health and empowering preventative practices, protecting biodiversity, improving the environment, building community cohesion, combating nature deficit.
