Sugarwell Hill Nature Area Enhancements

The project aims to increase use of this fantastic wild area by the surrounding communities and enhance its biodiversity. It aims to achieve this by: re-surfacing the existing paths, laying the existing overgrown hedges, managing the woodland areas by thinning, coppicing and selective re-planting, introducing native bulbs and creating seating and entrance features. The project will install 2 metal benches at selected viewing points, install 2 interpretation boards to promote the wildlife in the area, recut and resurface stepped areas of the paths.
