Sunnybank Park – Improving Access and Amenity

Sunnybank Park is at present quite neglected and needs to be upgraded; plans for the area include a sports area, allotment area, formal gardens with fruit trees and grass, marsh area with pond and a secure dog walking area. The initial phase of this project is to improve access by installing/upgrading 80m of path, 10m of steps, 60m of boardwalk, 12m ramp and three gates. Also installing a pond, 3 log seats, 6 crab apple trees and 35m of fencing.
