Swainsthorpe Community Facility Project

This project is to create a community facility for the village of Swainsthorpe by formally opening up St Peter's Church as a facility for both community and church use. Split into three phases, this phase (1) involves the removal of pews, leveling the floor, provision of stackable chairs, introduction of mains water and sewer, provision of a sink unit, water heater and cupboards, upgrading lighting and the hearing loop, new heaters and provision of an external toilet facility with hot water and connection to mains sewer.
