Swallow Village Hall Outside Refurbishment

Village Hall is refurbished inside, exterior presents a problem. We plan to level and resurface the old school playground around Hall for better access and participation. It will allow unrestricted access and safer outdoor activities for everyone. The children of the village will have a playground. It will provide an area for recreation for the whole community. The existing playground surface is hazardous. A full survey throughout the community showed by the high response that villagers wanted a thriving hall which could be readily used by all members of the community, bearing in mind that this is our sole community facility.
