Tackley Playing Field – Youth shelter and Table Tennis Table

Our project is to deliver facilities for our teenagers which promote healthy activity, social interaction, reducing rural isolation/boredom and prevent antisocial behaviour. The youth shelter and outdoor table tennis are part of a wider programme which over time will include a skate park. The youth shelter will provide a safe place for the teenagers of Tackley to “hang out”, located adjacent to the existing multipurpose hard court. The committee is formed of volunteers from the community.
