Tackling Waste Minimisation through high quality commercial composting training on organic farms

Building on the establishment of an organic demonstration compost farm, this project will produce and deliver a one day technical training course in on-farm organic composting and market development (minimum 8 training events reaching 90 producers over three years). The project will also produce and deliver a generic training module on waste minimisation on organic farms to be delivered as a part of all Soil Association one day training courses to producers (minimum 15 training events reaching 300 producers over three years).
