Tamar Valley Centre

Provision of a multi use community building to include visitor orientation centre for the Tamar Valley, community facility for the exhibitions, Calstock Parish Archive, office accommodation for Parish Council, and meeting room for hire. LCF to go towards publicly accessible areas only.
