Tarbert Harbour

The project aims to create a more attractive harbour amenity area for both visitors and locals.
At present the Harbour amenity area is covered in hard core. It is unsightly and becomes muddy during wet weather. The amenity area was created in 2009 and since this time has had an outdoor gym, boules area, sail shades, tables and seating, flower tubs and BQ’s added. The laying of the astro turf will enhance the area, make it more user friendly, encourage local community pride and increase dwell time from local residents, day visitors, tourists and visiting yacht crews
