Tarts & Crafts Garden upgrade

Tarts & Crafts are an existing Community Cafe. The project is to redesign and upgrade the existing outdoor garden space to enhance the facilities at the Cafe garden to provide seating plus participative and educational facilities which will be used year round The garden will be maintained by community volunteers.
