Tatham Fells Old School Community Facility -Repairs and Improvements

General improvements to the facility which serves needs of an isolated rural community. Improvements to included basic repairs to fabric, upgrading kitchen to meet environmental health standards and provision of access for disabled to meet statutory requirements.
