Tealing Hall Energy Saving Improvements

Improvements to further contribute towards the long term sustainability of the hall. The project firstly comprises the replacement and upgrade of the internal lighting by the installation of vastly more energy efficient and ultra low maintenance fittings together with sensor controls. Secondly the installation of a more efficient heating system to allow zoned heating, additonal radiators and control system. Finally the installation of additional wall, floor and roof insulation to bring an under utilised area of the Hall into viable use. The objectives of the further improvements are to improve the general comfort for hall users and improve the existing energy costs thereby achieving a reduction in the carbon footprint.
