Tees Valley Urban Meadows Project

The aim of the project is to bring 12 sites of Unimproved Grassland into favourable management. The project will take place over 28 months.

The project will allow the trialling of management techniques for small urban sites which are difficult to manage. The 12 sites have been selected as they have a range of management requirements and issues.

Sites will be monitored at the start and end of the work, expertise and infoamtion gained will allow guidline to be disseminated.
