"The Interfaith Council wishes to create a safe community building that can deliver services to the people of Telford,
The aim is to increase engagement with people of all faiths, cultures, and at-risk and underrepresented communities. To create a community that helps each other. The aim is to enhance the security of the building, given the at-risk residents we are assisting and the threats we have already received. This will allow those who use the building to feel safe. The interactive boards and IT infrastructure upgrades will allow the organisation to improve our offering to those below the IT poverty line, and help increase offerings to young vulnerable residents. The Foodbak area upgrade will allow them to continue to provide out of hours emergency food service, which helps over 10,000 residents annually. The replacement of the ground floor flooring will allow better and safe access to disabled residents."
