Tennis Court / Hardstanding - Repair, Reseal and Repaint

Having been in situ for 20 years the Tennis Court hard standing is now showing signs of severe surface damage. The proposed works however are for a specialist surface clean, binding and re-paint at a cost of £8624.50. Any SITA funding would solely be used to fund / part fund this project.
