Terrace Lane Recreation Ground, Pleasley – Playground Improvements (50015/D)

The project will install play equipment, safety surfacing and landscape improvements. The existing playground serves a large number of local children in a deprived community with few other facilities for safe play. The existing play structures are obsolete and have become dangerous and the Parish Council has had to remove some equipment and more will have to follow soon.The intention would be to provide a range of new play structures to suit a variety of ages all designed to encourage positive interactions and safe play opportunities, plus picnic site and environmental improvements.

The Trust grant is a contribution towards the playground improvements.
