Thackley - Community Centre Heating

The present heating system is unreliable, failing & clearly unsatisfactory when the rooms are being used. The work is needed to be done to enable the Church & Community Centre to meet new legislation and insurance requirements. The heating system is part of a redevelopment project within the Church. WREN funding is sought towards the heating costs.
