Thakeham Halt Meeting Place for Walkers & Cyclists

Resurfacing car park, now in dangerous state. Used by parish church, Thakeham first school and nursery school and to provide meeting place for walkers and cyclists. LTCS funding to relate to picnic tables, landscaping and a small proportion towards car parking.
