Thames Chase Trust – purchase of community cottage

This proposal seeks to purchase from Essex County Council, a building (locally known as the cottages) which forms part of the existing Broadfields Farm Visitors Center, a well known and popular community facility surrounded by public woodland.

The ‘cottages’ are physically connected to a relatively new (early 2000) education/visitors centre which in turn is connected to an historic barn and then a modern purpose built visitors centre.
