The Acorn Award 2005

To introduce the robot CYCLER from Waste Watch to the 11 schools in our area and promote the recycling ethic.CYCLER is a National waste education programme sponsored by Waste Watch.To increase partnerships working between schools local organisations and environmental bodies.Schools will be asked to committo a “3 point plan challenge” to reinforce the message of the robot performance of ” Recycling” and hopefully make a lasting difference.Schools will be judged on their performance and a winner selected to be presented with the “Acorn Award 2005” at the end of November 2005
