The Archer Community Centre, Braintree - New Community Building (2947/D/TP)

The project aims to transform a derelict industrial building into a purpose-built community centre. The building is a dilapidated shell and needs a complete refurbishment, including a new roof and some walls rebuilt. It will have a new office, reception, toilets and kitchen. Furniture will include presentation equipment available for meetings and seminars. A locker system will be installed to provide storage for all regular users. The Trust grant will contribute towards the refurbishment costs for the new community building.
