The Artz Centre – Digital Media Project

The Artz Centre will develop a currently unused room into a digital media suite and sound recording facility. This will enable the Centre to offer a wide range of new workshops and opportunities in the more digital side of the arts industry. These opportunities would include Web Design, Graphic Design, Film Editing, Sound Engineering and a range of computer based courses for local people. The digital media suite would not only help contribute to the long term sustainability of The Artz Centre but would enable Artz For All C.I.C to reach out to an even more diverse range of people that may not have an interest in the performance side of the arts industry. Phase 1 has seen the installation of the frame-work for the sound room. Phase 2 will complete the project. This grant is for Phase 2.
