The Bank community hub improvements

The project proposes to enhance the fabric, appearance and amenity of the Bank – a critical community hub owned by the community in the form of Neilston Development Trust – by repairing an old stone boundary wall which is in danger of collapse, pointing an exposed and porous gable to the building and by the installation of a retractable awning to the frontage to extend the building’s flexibility for community use.
