The Bartons Victory Memorial Hall – Provision of Public Toilets

The project entails a single storey extension to the function room of the Sports and Social Club building, together with some minor alterations to the existing building. The extension will house ladies, gents and disabled toilets with direct access to the outside area, separated from the club building by locked doors to enable them to be open at all times without compromising the security of the function room and bar areas. Baby change facilities will also be installed in the new and existing ladies and gents toilets. The extension will also house a new changing room which will be linked with one of the two existing changing rooms to allow use at all times. The remaining changing room will be changed into a disabled toilet for use of the Club. The extension will also allow the kitchen to be extended.
