The Black-E, Liverpool – Community Resource Refurbishment (50239/D)

At present there are areas of the multi-purpose Black-E building that have been left incomplete due to lack of funding. This has limited the variety of areas that are available for community use. The funding requested for this project will enable us to bring fully into use areas of the first and second floor annexe that contain two good sized multi-purpose rooms. These areas include two disabled user toilets and shower facilities, currently incomplete, that will be brought into use. We also intend to improve our kitchen facilities.
