The Bolton Hub - Access and Improvement Project

To upgrade the Hub to an inviting fit for purpose community venue meeting the evolving, diverse needs of our 20,800 users annually and enabling us to meet our organisational environmental goals. Improvements will enable us to open for longer hours allowing more community groups and users to benefit.
