The Bulgarth Development

The Bulgarth area of old Billingham consists of open green belt and derelict land. The area had fallen into disrepair due to housing being knocked down and rubbish etc being dumped.
The Bulgarth project has been set up to bring this area into use for the benefit of the local community by establishing a children’s play area, green space to play, parking for users of the site. This bid is to enable environmenal landscaping to derelict land within the scheme in order to complete the overall project.
