The Cellar – The Underground Church

To convert a disused cellar beneath St Johns Church Baxenden into a venue for members of the community to meet and arrange their own events. Building work is required to remove an oil storage tank, boiler and plumbing work, replace an existing internal wall and build a second staircase. It will be self-contained with its own toilets and a small kitchen area.
