The Centre at Tollesbury Congregational Church

This is in response to rural deprivation and lack of amenities in an isolated village community. By repairing and upgrading the roof of 'The Centre' will ensure that user groups can continue their activities long into the future; all will benefit from heat insulation. This project will lead to real social improvement by providing accommodation to various community projects and groups enabling an enhancement of the quality of life for marginalised people such as the elderly, single parents and dissaffected young people. It is hoped this development will improve social cohension.
